[Albert and Caesar]
I would like a word, when you have the time. In person.
[Katara]
Are you well?
[Richard]
There is something I wish to show you. When is a suitable time to meet?
[With those messages taken care of, Sigmund makes a quick round of the house to check that everything and everyone is well before he starts his morning routine. Unfortunately, this leads to a less than thrilling discovery. Aya's room is empty. Gone. He knows he should be pleased that she's not trapped here any longer... so why does he feel that twinge of loneliness and guilt? He'll knock on both Ed and Capell's doors before he goes, so that he can give them the news. ...Individually. Individually would probably be best.
Oh, and there was that matter he wanted to speak to Edward about, as well... But perhaps today isn't the best day.]

When Richard arrives, Sigmund is kneeling with the blade laid across his lap, buffing a spot of dirt off with the hem of his (embroidered, probably silk) tunic. Priorities. His are special. Don't worry, Richard, his usual sword and shield are leaning against a tree behind him.]
... is that yours?
For the moment. Have you ever seen its like?
[He's coming closer to get a better look at the blade. It's an impressive weapon, there's no denying that.]
You should be familiar with as many weapons as possible.
Clunk. This is the sound of a giant hunk of metal hitting the ground. He's not all that surprised, but it's still a little embarrassing that he can barely lift it even with a concerted effort.]
I'd say this weapon is more effective on oneself than on one's enemies.
It requires training and discipline. ...And a great deal of strength.
More strength than I have at the moment, apparently.
[Even though he doesn't seem to be struggling with it, it still takes Sigmund two hands to lift the thing. Richard doesn't have to be all that embarrassed.] Would you care to spar?
[He certainly wouldn't object to it, but he does have to wonder how well that sword will work against someone like himself, for whom speed and agility are his primary strengths.]
[It's good exercise, anyway.]
